Additionally to level 1 simple enquiries, we also have specialist technical support to resolve the most complex technical enquiries at specialist Level 2, where we can help with enquiries received by both advanced users and technicians who are well learned in the specific product.

    All steps of the process are inputted into a piece of software with the ability to controlall the parameters involved in our customer service quality assurance programme, as well as issuing the necessary report to our clients.
